Description
The Gränsfors Bruk Small Forest Axe is one of those tools that earns its place quickly. At 50 cm long, it is easy to strap to a pack yet still gives enough room for a confident two-handed swing. For many bushcraft users, it is the sweet spot between a portable hatchet and a full-length forest axe.
The forged head is shaped for efficient work in fresh wood, making the axe equally at home limbing, felling smaller trees and splitting sensible campfire rounds. Its American hickory handle offers the reach needed for power while retaining the balance and feedback required for accurate cuts.
Each axe includes a vegetable-tanned leather sheath for safe carrying and edge protection. Bushcraft Spain is an official authorised Gränsfors Bruk retailer, so you receive a genuine Swedish-made axe backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Leather blade sheath included. The leather handle protector and axe sharpening stone are optional extras, sold separately.
