Our own-brand pieces are made by hand, with attention to the materials, the stitching and the finishing touches. Preparing an order takes time, and we prefer to give each piece the care it deserves.
Planning your next trip?
You will find an estimated delivery window on each product page. It is a guide to help you plan, rather than a fixed arrival date. If you need your gear for a trip or a gift, please order well ahead and write to us before buying if the date is important.
A small workshop, a personal approach
Availability can change as orders come in and materials arrive, and the stock shown online may occasionally lag behind the workshop. Items on backorder are prepared in the order received and dispatched when ready. We normally send your order together once everything is ready. If something affects your order, we are here to help: please get in touch whenever you need an update.
During busy periods such as Halloween, Black Friday and Christmas, preparation and delivery can take longer. Thank you for allowing a little extra time and supporting a small workshop.
Costs and customs
European Union
No additional import duties for ordinary deliveries within the EU customs territory. Special territories, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may have different requirements.
United States
For deliveries to the United States, taxes and customs duties are included (DDP). There are no surprise import charges on arrival. Any shipping charge is shown separately at checkout.
Other destinations
Local import taxes, duties and carrier clearance fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.

Once your parcel is on its way, we will email your tracking details. Please allow a little time for the carrier to register the first update.
If you have a question about your order, or something does not look right with the delivery, write to us. We will check it with you and help resolve the issue.
