Description

A narrow oilskin tarp for a simple camp

When a full-size tarp is more than you need, the Survival Oilskin Tarp keeps things compact. Use it for a basic shelter, an emergency rain cover, a groundsheet or the outer layer of a traditional blanket bedroll.

Our oilskin cotton is treated with pure beeswax and natural linseed oil. No silicones, solvents or synthetic additives.

Four attachment points keep the setup simple. Oil-and-wax-treated cotton sheds rain and remains breathable, with the quiet feel that makes oilskin pleasant to sleep under.

Regular or Plus?

Regular measures 2 × 1.4 m and weighs under 1 kg. Choose it when keeping the load small matters most. Plus measures 2.5 × 1.4 m and weighs approximately 1.2 kg. It adds half a metre of length for more coverage, without changing the width.

Both versions are handmade in Spain in Mountain Brown. For a wider shelter and more ways to pitch it, see the Nessmuk Oilskin Tarp. Small variations in weight, shade and finish are natural features of waxed cotton.
